Jeremy grew up in Detroit, Michigan and came to Nevada in 2016.  His passion is cannabis cultivation, and he has pursued that passion for over 19 years. 

 

At the tender age of 3 years old, Jeremy began cultivating all sorts of vegetables with his great-grandparents on their 10-acre farm in Michigan.  So began the lifelong journey into cultivation and growing things. 

 

Jeremy has an extensive background in hydroponics and can cultivate in all different types of substrates.  Since 2006, Jeremy has been working with several organizations designing and implementing their cultivation facilities, managing the scheduling of plant life cycles from clone through harvest as well as fertigation/nutrient system programming, design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.  He has handled the vetting of testing labs and established and maintained vendor relations. 

 

With an almost tireless work ethic, Jeremy holds himself and his team to the highest regulatory standards, in compliance with the State and Department of Agriculture regulations and audits. In 2017, he and his team were the first cultivation to maintain a “Zero” deficiencies facility in the state of Nevada for their excellent compliance and received zero citations or fines.  He has consistently passed all pesticide, microbial, yeast, mold, and coliform/bacteria testing successfully in his cultivation.

 

Over the years, Jeremy has developed proven formulas, plant lifecycle timelines, and SOP implementation and has managed a 15,000 square foot commercial Medical Marijuana production facility with over 5,000 plants and a team of over 18 employees.  Facility tasks included designing and implementing protocols including planning, cloning, transplanting, fanning, topping, feeding, curing and waste disposal records. In addition, he created an effective Integrated Pest Management Prevention program for the facility and its employees.

In his “spare” time, Jeremy enjoys snowboarding and spending time with friends.
